Daniel - August 2005

  We spent a week in Ft Worth Texas for one of Daddy's business trips!....

  Momma has two good lookin' cowboys!

  While we were in Texas, Daniel enjoyed watching TV in the hotel room....

  ...and showing & telling Lion about fun things outside the hotel!

  Daniel was very excited about starting preschool!  After posing for a few "first day of school" pictures  ...

  he was ready to go!  He really enjoys being with his friends, playing on the playground, and coloring!!

  Momma and Daniel spent a day together at the Jackson Zoo!...Daniel really likes the bears!

  During August, we spent a weekend in Memphis!  We stayed downtown in the art-deco William Lem Building (now a Residence Inn)....

  and walked across the street to see the Peabody ducks!....

  Daniel was very excited to see the ducks march in, and enjoyed waving at them!...

  He also tried to jump into the fountain to swim with them!!

  While in Memphis, we also visited the zoo!...

  One of Daniel's favorite exhibits is the lion cage!...

This little cub was getting sleepy and wanted to cuddle with Daddy...

  but as soon as he heard the lion growl, he was wide awake and started making his own growling sounds!!

  Daniel also enjoyed watching the train display....he would point out the "choo choo" to us every time the train circled by him!

     Daniel has grown so much since our trip to Memphis last year!!
